Band 17 Step 11 left side top center travel.

This was pretty much start and stop as you wish. I started in the center and went to the left and stopped at the right of the left bottom acorn. but the way the running stitches are placed I wasn't able to do continuos run so I had to go back and do the few stitched above the top acorn. The right section above the blue motif and went up to my left. I stopped center top and went back and did the few stitches above the lower right acorn.

Band 17 left side step 3 Left Blue Motif

15 threads from lower left braid

When working the motif you'll notice the dashes on the pattern
within the leaves are not numbered. Work them as you go.
I marked some of them to give you an idea how I added them as I went.
Come up at dot Going down at arrow.
Try to work them so the threads are diagonal in back and won't show thru as much.

Band 16 step 2 Fill in Step

When doing this step after you do #17 follow the letters coming up at the letter and down at the arrow. This will let you add the center without having to go back and add later and without threads showing thru the back.

Blue loop under pomegranate Differs from picture. Your choice one stitch or two down.
The chart doesn't have any tan running stitches but the picture shows it going all thru the bands. Read the notes explaining the running stitches placement in step 12 & 13.
I enlarged and printed this section for a visual chart fromthe colour picture in kit. You pretty much have to use your judgement in this running stitch section staying along the middle of the sections. I used the picture a lot since my chart was hard to read the lines.

Band 14 Step 6

If you have a hard time reading the running stitch pattern for the large blue flower head- it's the same as the Blue running stitch in the large tan flower but a mirror image. But you can still look at the picture for a better idea how the pattern looks. Also notice the plus sign stitch where the two stems meet, is green and the bottom plus sign stitch in the mid of the blue flower edging is blue.
